Thanks for the comment. To date, I have been focused on two main technology approaches. 1) Working with plants such as soy to reproduce the experience of animal meat. In the end, it is natural ingredients processed differently. e.g. v2food. 2) Producing proteins etc normally made in animals using yeast or algae. These produce exactly the same protein etc but without the animal. There is nothing genetically modified in the final food. e.g. Eden Brew makes 6 dairy proteins like beer makers brew alcohol then recombines them into milk.

Very interesting. In terms of creating artificial plant-based food, is there a strong focus to work with Nature's systems - as alot of the current genetically modified foods or grains with chemicals are having very negative effects on millions of consumers. Love to hear. Overall, wonderful reflections and post - thank you!!
